The 2003 Woking Council election took place on 1 May 2003 to elect members of Woking Borough Council in Surrey, England. One third of the council was up for election and the council stayed under no overall control. After the election, the composition of the council was *Conservative 17 *Liberal Democrat 12 *Labour 6 *Independent 1 ==Background== The election saw 13 seats being contested with the contest in Brookwood ward being a by-election after the previous Conservative councillor, Mark Pritchard, resigned his seat on the council.
